You can now display information such as the expected rank at the next update, the required purchase amount, and the number of orders needed to reach the next rank.
For example, if the customer’s projected next rank is Bronze and the next rank after that is Silver, the system can display a message like “Spend an additional USD150 by the next update to reach Silver rank.”
This makes the path to rank advancement clear for customers, encouraging actions like “I’ll buy one more item to rank up,” and can help increase repeat purchases before the next update date.
In Ranky, the feature that visualizes the path to the next rank is referred to as the “Future Rank Calculation.”
What Is the Future Rank Calculation?
As of March 25, 2025, the future rank calculation feature is in BETA.
This feature is available only to stores that meet the following requirements.
- Scheduled execution timing to “ MONTHLY” or “ YEARLY”
- Only the following condition types can be used in rank settings:
- “Total purchase amount during the evaluation period”
- “Number of purchases during the evaluation period”
- “Points (Dokopoi)”
Note: “Customer Tag” cannot be used as a condition type.
- Set rank levels in descending order, from highest to lowest.
Note: Use the “greater than or equal to” condition when setting up rank requirements, and make sure ranks are configured in descending order. Ranks will not display correctly if “equal to” or “less than or equal to” conditions are used.
For the official release, we are considering an updated version based on the points mentioned above. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and requests.
Please refer to the manual for details on how to set this up.
