You can now use points earned through the "Dokopoi" app as criteria for evaluating membership ranks.

Thank you for your continued use of "Ranky".

We are pleased to announce that you can now use points earned through the "Dokopoi" app as criteria for evaluating membership ranks.

Previously, membership rank criteria were based on purchase amount/purchase frequency and customer tags during the evaluation period.
With this update, you can now specify the number of points a customer has earned as a condition for determining their rank.
For example, you can set up the following conditions:

  • Less than 500 points: Regular Rank
  • 500 to 999 points: Silver Rank
  • 1,000 to 1,999 points: Gold Rank
  • 2,000 points or more: Diamond Rank

By utilizing this feature, you can now manage membership ranks based not only on purchases but also on customer actions such as newsletter sign-ups, posting reviews, and in-store purchases.

Furthermore, by treating points like mileage rather than direct discounts, you can create a sense of long-term value beyond just short-term savings. This approach helps strengthen customer relationships through sustained engagement with your brand.

Additionally, you can execute membership rank evaluations for customers whenever there is a change in their "DokoPoi" points.

To use this feature, you must install our point loyalty app, "Dokopoi"

Please note that Dokopoi is available only for Japanese stores.

For instructions on how to set up, please refer to the following manuals:

If you have any questions about the setup process, please contact our customer support through the [Contact Form].

Thank you for your continued support of "Ranky."
