The new “Horizon” theme was launched as part of Shopify Editions Summer 2025.
It introduces a new structure for customer login and account pages. To use these features, default customer accounts (passwordless login, formerly known as “new customer accounts”) are required.
The theme is not compatible with the previous version of customer accounts (formerly known as “classic customer accounts”).
As of May 23, Ranky does not support certain features of the default customer accounts. As a result, the following information cannot be displayed on the account page of the “Horizon” theme:
- Membership card
- Future rank calculation
If you are using the “Horizon” theme, you will need to create a separate page (e.g., a rank information page) in order to display the above information, as it cannot be shown on the account page.
We are currently working to support default customer accounts and the “Horizon” theme in Ranky. We will provide an update once the release schedule has been finalized.
