[RESOLVED] Delay on rank evaluations

Part of the scheduled evaluation process started at 0:00 AM on August 1, 2025(JST)

There was a delay in the system processing of rank evaluations, resulting in cases where the information was not reflected in the customer metafields as usual.

The issue resolved. The correct rank information is reflected in the customer metafields. We have conducted internal tests and confirmed that it is working normally.
