Resolved – Schedule Evaluation Delay

Incident time: Dec 17, 2025, approx. 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (JST)
Affected: Stores running daily schedule evaluations at 12:00 PM or later

A system issue caused delays in applying rank evaluation results.
The issue was resolved around 9:00 PM (JST), and all evaluations were successfully reprocessed.
We’ve confirmed that scheduled evaluations ran normally from 12:00 AM (JST), Dec 18 onward.

We’re reviewing our monitoring and infrastructure to help prevent similar issues in the future.
